LEVEL 200 COACH CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP - USA RUGBY EVENT PAGE

Saturday the 2nd of March, 2013 - From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

There will be a practical training session indoors and outdoors . . . please dress appropriately.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Items required for the Level 200 Workshop Certification - click on each item:

CIPP - USA Rugby Membership Registration

   

2.

Complete the Get Certified page

   

3.

Register online for the Level 200 Coach Certification Workshop

   

4.

The iRB Rugby Ready online module - 14 lessons

Instructions to Complete Requirements:

   

To complete the iRB Rugby Ready online module:

   

 

1.

Go to iRB Rugby Ready and click on the Register button

   

 

2.

Enter your personal information and create a Username and Password.

   

 

3.

Complete all 14 of the lessons marked with an 'X'.  The lessons are called:

   

 

 

1. Pre-participation;  2. Equipment, environment and emergency plan;  3. Physical Conditioning;  4. Lifestyle;

   

 

 

5. Warm up; 6. Principles of play;  7. Open field play;  8. The tackle;  9. The Ruck;  10. The Maul;  11. The scrum;

   

 

 

12. The lineout;  13. Cool down and recovery;  14. Injury management

   

 

 

Be sure to answer the questions at the end of each lesson section.
