The Chicago Sirens Rugby Club, a Division II Women's Rugby Club in the Midwest Territory, seeks a Coach for 2009. We are located in Chicago.
Qualified candidates should be at least 18 years of age and retain (or be in the process of obtaining) USA Rugby Coaching Certification. Candidates should be able to commit to attend and direct practices held two evenings per week (typically Tuesday and Thursday), and attend all league matches (attendance at non-league matches is strongly encouraged).
The
Spring season is typically developmental, running from
late February, or early March through May, excluding
Memorial Day weekend. The Fall season is our competitive League season, beginning in early September and continuing until Nationals in early November, excluding Labor Day weekend.
