$ 200.00 per Men's Team  ||  $ 150.00 per same Club's/Team's 2nd side

$ 200.00 per Women's Team  ||  $ 150.00 per same Club's/Team's 2nd side

$ 150.00 per High School Team  ||  $ 100.00 per same Club's/Team's 2nd side

Add $ 50.00 if your Fee is received after the 5th of June
