The Men's Division II Championship determines the National seeding of each Club, i.e., the Detroit Tradesmen, Division II Champion, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #5 seed, Pool 'D', and play South Shore, Northeast #1, USA Rugby National #12 seed;  Wisconsin, Division II 2nd place Club, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #6 seed, Pool 'C', and play Charleston, South #2, USA Rugby National #11 seed;  and Clinton Muddy River, Division II 3rd place Club, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #16 seed, Pool 'A', and play Brandywine, Mid-Atlantic #1, USA Rugby National #1 seed.
