The Men's Division I Competitive Region 3 Championship determines the National seeding of each Club, i.e., the CR3 Champion, the Life University Eagles - CR3 #1, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #4 seed, Pool 'D', and play Los Angeles - CR1 #5, USA Rugby National #13 seed;  the 2nd place Club, the Pearl City Black Bears - CR3 #2, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #6 seed, Pool 'C', and play Mystic River - CR4 #2, USA Rugby National #11 seed;  the 3rd place Club, Palmer College - CR3 #3, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #8 seed, Pool 'A', and play the Maryland Exiles - CR4 #1, USA Rugby National #9 seed;  and the 4th place Club, the Chicago South Side Irish - CR3 #4, will enter the National Round of 16 as the #10 seed, Pool 'B', and play Park City Haggis - CR1 #4, USA Rugby National #7 seed.
